hello there!

Throughout most of my teenage years I wanted desperately to lose weight so that I could feel more confident and at peace in my body.

For many years I restricted myself around food and exercised constantly...

However my mental and physical health were suffering.

I was 65 pounds overweight, I was suffering from chronic gut issues (heartburn and bloating), and my energy levels were so low I'd sleep 12 + hours a day and still felt tired all the time. 

I knew I needed a real change. So I ditched all the conventional weight loss strategies and took a totally different approach.













I was 60 pounds overweight, developed gut issues (acid reflux/indigestion), and my energy levels were so low, I'd sleep most of the day. 

I realized that the traditional approach was actually making matters worse for me. I knew I needed a drastic change. 

Disconnected from my body, low confidence/self-esteem, chronic fatigue and gut issues

Released weight = biproduct of mind-body connection, But more importantly full of energy, improved mental state, healed gut 

I discovered a new way of working with my body... to finally stop being at war with myself and learn how to trust my body, while integrating a mindful approach to food.

Once I stopped fighting my body and allowed it to guide me, everything transformed.

I lost over 60 pounds of excess weight, healed my gut, and most importantly felt deeply connected to my body, allowing me to experience confidence and freedom in my skin like never before.

I decided to pursue my BS degree in nutrition/dietetics, and before I graduated, I also became certified as a health and lifestyle coach.



My mission is to help others break free from feeling restricted and powerless. 

It is 100% possible to become the healthiest version of yourself and feeling good while doing it.

I believe that attaining your unique version of optimal health is supposed to be PLEASURABLE- not a struggle.
